Are your products safe?

All of our products are made with safe, non-toxic materials and do not include chemicals covered by Prop 65. We ensure children's safety by testing all of our products and making sure they meet the highest quality standards. Our products do not include Nickel, Lead, or Cadmium.

How do I take care of my jewelry? 

To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, please avoid wet substances like water and perfume from touching your jewelry. Always remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, or swimming to keep it in a perfect condition. For longevity, safely store OIYA accessories in soft pouches or lined jewelry boxes.

Which carriers do you use to ship?

We use USPS for both domestic and international orders.

How can I track my order? 

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service at info@xolittlegems.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

For Domestic Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes an estimated 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.  Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.

For International Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes 7-20 business days to deliver.  Customs may delay the delivery of your order up to 30 business days.

**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers and does not include order processing time. Weekends, Holidays, Customs, and Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.

**Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is returned back to LITTLE GEMS due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a credit for the amount of the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged shipments.

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.  You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package; this fee is not included in your shipping fee.

Shipment Refusal

If you refuse a shipment from Little Gems, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Little Gems. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Return Policy

 

Items may be returned for store credit only, excluding shipping costs.

*Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed in original packaging with tags attached

*Sale & Clearance items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or returns.

*Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on exchanges.

* If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, the value of the promotion will be deducted from the refund.

 

International Returns

Orders must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your package. Orders may be exchanged using any shipping method of your choice at your expense; we suggest using a traceable and insured service to prevent packages from being lost as we are not responsible for any lost packages.  Please include your invoice or order number. Shipping and duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable. Please email us at info@xolittlegems.com to arrange the exchange.

Refunds and Processing

*Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

To provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 7 days of delivery.
